Both Dr. Bhagia and the young man who brought me into the patient room were friendly, helpful, and very competent. Dr. Bhagia listened to my "report" about my knee and quickly offered to write a prescription for the Voltaren which has been helping me. I very much appreciate his concern and care!

The surgery with Dr Bhagia was flawless. His technique has provided a great result so far. The choice of the TO Surgical Hospital & the Home Health team were both reassuring & helped to add to a great result. The limitations were related to miscommunication & lack of communication with Dr Bhagia’s Nurse Practitioner & his Associate who was “on call”.

The blond young receptionist was too preoccupied to even greet me when I entered the office. I gave her my name, took a seat and she never continued working on her computer. The X-ray technician, Al, was friendly and efficient. Dr. V explained my X-rays, addressed my concerns and sent me on my way with a smile on both of our faces.
