ARC Orthopedic Group accepts a variety of insurances. Although we are committed to your proper care and treatment, we encourage you to contact your health insurance plan to verify your eligibility and benefits so that you are aware of your coverage prior to being seen.
For your benefit, we also check your insurance benefits and assist you with understanding how you plan works. At this time we accept Medicare, PPO plans: Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of CA, Motion Picture Industry, UCLA Health, Cigna, Aetna, Kaiser, and United HealthCare.
We are affiliated with HealthCare Partners and Providence Care Network but a referral from your primary care physician is mandatory. In the event we are “not in network “ we will notify you and will assist you with getting the care you need and will still allow you to be seen.
